Juvelook combines hyaluronic acid with poly-D,L-lactic acid, or PDLLA. The treatment brings together water-binding properties and gradual collagen stimulation. At DIVINE Medica in Munich, we assess whether treatment may address the changes in your skin texture and firmness.
Juvelook contains hyaluronic acid and PDLLA. While hyaluronic acid binds water, the tissue response to PDLLA is intended to stimulate collagen production. This process takes time and is assessed as it develops.
Juvelook may be considered for subtle textural irregularities and reduced skin firmness. For scars or pronounced volume loss, we assess the type and depth of the scars or the extent of volume loss before recommending the most appropriate procedure.
For every collagen stimulator, we assess whether the product, region and tissue depth are appropriate. Please tell us about allergies, existing fillers, unusual scar formation, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Depending on the product, injectable collagen stimulators cannot always be specifically dissolved; we discuss this difference before you decide.
Small bruises, mild swelling and tenderness may occur temporarily after treatment. Persistent nodules, delayed inflammation, infection or uneven results should be medically assessed. Rare vascular complications can seriously affect tissue or vision. Severe pain, unusual skin discolouration or visual symptoms therefore require immediate medical attention.

With Juvelook, subtle changes in skin structure and your goal of a more even appearance are the main focus. During your consultation, we distinguish these concerns from deeper scars or marked volume loss. Your medical history and previous injections also help determine whether this approach is suitable for you.
Juvelook is prepared for the planned treatment. The skin is carefully cleansed and disinfected; product distribution and any anaesthesia are adapted to skin thickness, treatment area and your sensitivity.
The prepared product is injected precisely into the agreed areas. Injection technique and tissue depth must be appropriate for both the product and your skin condition.
The immediate response to Juvelook is assessed at the end of treatment. You receive appropriate aftercare advice and a plan for follow-up to assess gradual changes in skin structure.
Before Juvelook, please tell us about existing fillers, recent skin treatments, medications and allergies. Prescribed medicines should not be changed without medical advice. Herpes or inflamed or infected skin in the target area must be assessed beforehand.
Because the effects of Juvelook develop gradually, a personal aftercare plan accompanies the treatment. Keep the skin clean and only rub or massage if instructed. Avoid exercise and heat exposure for the agreed period. Unusually severe pain, skin discolouration or visual symptoms require immediate medical attention.
Skin structure may gradually improve as collagen formation is stimulated. We assess hydration and firmness over time and review the overall appearance around three months after treatment. The degree of improvement cannot be predicted in advance.

Recovery time: 1–3 days
Redness, swelling, tenderness and bruising can occur at the injection sites. These reactions often settle within a few days, although visible marks may last longer.
Additional injections, skin treatments or energy-based procedures may be useful when appropriate. We assess each combination, plan the sequence and allow sufficient time between treatments.
