PhilArt Eyes is a polynucleotide product for the eye area. Small injections are intended to support skin suppleness and quality. The amount and placement are adapted to the delicate tissue in this region.
The treatment may be appropriate for finely lined or crepey skin around the eyes. For dark circles, we first assess whether skin texture, pigmentation or hollowing is contributing to their appearance. Not every cause can be treated with polynucleotides.
Please tell us in particular about fish allergies, previous reactions to injections, pregnancy and breastfeeding. Inflammation in the treatment area must also be assessed beforehand. We review the composition of the polynucleotide product and its suitability in relation to your medical history.
After injections, temporary swelling, small bruises or tenderness may occur. Infection, persistent nodules and allergic reactions are not typical short-term side effects. Preparation focuses on the sensitive skin beneath the eyes. After careful cleansing and disinfection, suitable injection points are selected according to your anatomy. Any anaesthesia is selected to suit this area and help keep you comfortable.
We carefully inject small amounts of the selected product into the planned sites around the eyes. Skin thickness and the tendency to swell determine how conservatively the treatment is planned.

Before PhilArt Eyes, previous treatments around the eyes, known allergies and your tendency to swell are important. Please tell us about medications and recent skin treatments; do not change prescribed medicines on your own. Herpes, infection or inflamed skin must be discussed before the appointment.
The eye area needs particularly gentle care after PhilArt Eyes. Keep the skin clean and avoid rubbing or massaging unless medically advised. Exercise and heat exposure are avoided for the period specified in your plan. Severe pain, unusual skin discolouration or visual symptoms require immediate medical attention.
PhilArt Eyes can help the skin beneath the eyes look more supple and may soften fine crepey lines. We usually assess progress 8–12 weeks after the planned series. The degree of improvement and how it develops depend on your skin condition.
