Lip treatments require a different approach from cheek or chin enhancement. For the lips, we focus especially on softness, shape and natural movement. The cheeks and chin may require a firmer, more supportive gel. In the delicate eye area, we assess particularly carefully whether filler treatment is appropriate at all.

We assess your face both at rest and in motion and discuss which changes will best suit your existing proportions. We treat only the areas where added support or volume is genuinely useful. Our aim is balanced contours and smooth transitions while preserving your individual facial features. If a gradual approach is more appropriate, we divide the treatment over several appointments.

Depending on our assessment, additional treatments may be considered, such as botulinum toxin for excessive muscle activity or a skin treatment to address changes in texture. Every combination should have a clear purpose and be planned with appropriate timing.

Changes in volume and contour are often visible immediately. Initial swelling can temporarily make the result look fuller or uneven. We therefore assess the final shape after the swelling has settled, often after around two weeks; sensitive areas may take longer.

How long the result remains visible varies from person to person. Your metabolism, including the rate at which your body breaks down hyaluronic acid, plays an important role. Lifestyle and tissue condition can also influence the result over time. Longevity therefore cannot be predicted solely from the filler used. We recommend a top-up only after reassessment, and only when additional volume is genuinely appropriate.
