Before the treatment
Share your medical history, allergies, medicines and previous procedures, and do not stop prescribed medicine unless the prescribing clinician advises it. Avoid treatment during active infection and tell the clinician about pregnancy, breastfeeding or neuromuscular conditions.
After the treatment
Keep the treated area clean and avoid rubbing or pressing it for the rest of the day. Stay upright for about four hours unless your clinician advises otherwise. Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas and hot baths for 24 hours, and attend your planned review. Contact DIVINE Medica immediately for severe pain, rapidly increasing swelling, fever, pus, vision changes or another severe reaction.
Results
The upper trapezius begins to relax within 3-7 days, easing tightness while a softer shoulder outline develops more gradually where muscle bulk is the concern. The response is reviewed after 2-4 weeks and commonly lasts about 3-6 months.
