HArmonyCa combines hyaluronic acid with calcium hydroxylapatite. It can provide immediate support in suitable facial areas while also stimulating processes involved in collagen formation. HArmonyCa is an injectable hybrid product combining hyaluronic acid and calcium hydroxylapatite. The initial volumising effect and subsequent collagen formation complement one another. The medical assessment determines which regions are suitable.
HArmonyCa may be considered when the contours at the sides of the face have become less defined. We assess tissue thickness, existing fillers and the desired degree of change before deciding on product amount and placement.
For every collagen stimulator, we assess whether the product, region and tissue depth are appropriate. Please tell us about allergies, existing fillers, unusual scar formation, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Depending on the product, injectable collagen stimulators cannot always be specifically dissolved; we discuss this difference before you decide.
Small bruises, mild swelling and tenderness may occur temporarily after treatment. Persistent nodules, delayed inflammation, infection or uneven results should be medically assessed. Rare vascular complications can seriously affect tissue or vision. Severe pain, unusual skin discolouration or visual symptoms therefore require immediate medical attention.

During your consultation, we discuss the contours you would like to achieve and assess your facial anatomy. With HArmonyCa, tissue support, proportions and existing fillers are the main considerations. Your medical history also contributes to the decision about suitable treatment.
Before treatment, we review the plan in relation to your facial contours. Cleansing and disinfection prepare the area, while any additional anaesthesia is selected to suit the product and help keep you comfortable. Remaining questions are answered before the first injection.
We place HArmonyCa carefully in the agreed facial areas. The injection sites are chosen according to your anatomy and the degree of tissue support discussed beforehand.
After HArmonyCa, we assess the contours and the immediate response of the treated tissue. You receive personalised aftercare advice. At follow-up, we distinguish the initial effect from the gradual changes in the tissue.
Before HArmonyCa, information about previous fillers and other procedures in the region is particularly helpful. Please also tell us about allergies, medications and recent skin treatments. Do not change prescribed medicines on your own. Herpes, skin infection or inflammation must be discussed in advance.
Aftercare following HArmonyCa is tailored to the areas treated. Keep the skin clean and avoid rubbing or massage unless advised. Follow your doctor’s advice on how long to avoid exercise and heat exposure. Unusually severe pain, pale or discoloured skin, or visual symptoms require immediate medical attention.
An initial change in contour may be visible immediately, although early swelling can influence the appearance. Further collagen formation is assessed over the following 1–3 months.

Redness, swelling, tenderness and bruising can occur at the injection sites. These reactions often settle within a few days, although visible marks may last longer.
Additional injections, skin treatments or energy-based procedures may be useful when appropriate. We assess each combination, plan the sequence and allow sufficient time between treatments.
