Reduced firmness or a flatter-looking buttock contour may, when appropriate, be treated with a collagen-stimulating approach. At DIVINE Medica in Munich, Lanluma is used to gradually improve contours, including those of the buttocks. The aim is more harmonious curves and firmer-looking tissue. How much treatment is appropriate is assessed individually.
Lanluma contains poly-L-lactic acid and stimulates the formation of the body’s own collagen fibres. In the buttocks, this may support fullness, skin texture and contour. The effects of this approach, often described as a non-surgical butt lift, develop gradually; pronounced sagging cannot be corrected in the same way as with surgery. Other suitable facial and body areas are assessed individually.
Lanluma may be considered for a flatter buttock contour, reduced firmness or selected contour irregularities. Other suitable areas of volume loss can also be included in the plan. Key considerations include tissue quality, the desired degree of change and a realistic plan for gradually increasing fullness, together with massage and aftercare.
For every collagen stimulator, we assess whether the product, region and tissue depth are appropriate. Please tell us about allergies, existing fillers, unusual scar formation, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Depending on the product, injectable collagen stimulators cannot always be specifically dissolved; we discuss this difference before you decide.
Small bruises, mild swelling and tenderness may occur temporarily after treatment. Persistent nodules, delayed inflammation, infection or uneven results should be medically assessed. Rare vascular complications can seriously affect tissue or vision. Severe pain, unusual skin discolouration or visual symptoms therefore require immediate medical attention.

For buttock treatment, your desired proportions and existing tissue quality are the main focus. Shape, firmness and possible irregularities are assessed together. For other regions, the Lanluma consultation is adapted accordingly. Previous procedures and your medical history also inform your treatment plan.
The planned treatment area and its tissue structure guide preparation for Lanluma. After cleansing and disinfection, we explain the planned application. Any anaesthesia is adapted to the extent of treatment and your personal needs.
The prepared Lanluma suspension is injected according to our assessment of the tissue. Afterwards, we show you the massage recommended for the treated area and explain aftercare.
At the end, the treated area is checked and the appropriate massage is explained. Your aftercare plan takes the extent of the Lanluma treatment into account. Further treatment is planned around gradual changes in the tissue.
Before Lanluma, please tell us about previous injections, recent treatments, allergies and medications. Prescribed medicines should only be changed after medical advice. Herpes, infection or inflamed skin in the treatment area must be assessed beforehand so the procedure can take place at the right time.
The massage shown for your Lanluma treatment area is part of your personal aftercare plan. Keep the skin clean and avoid exercise and intense heat for the agreed period. Persistent nodules, increasing redness or pain should be medically assessed. Severe pain, skin discolouration or visual symptoms require immediate medical attention.
In the buttocks, collagen formation may gradually create more fullness, smoother texture and a firmer-looking contour. We assess early changes over about 2–3 months. The degree of improvement depends on the starting condition, treatment area and individual response; a specific lifting effect cannot be guaranteed.

The price depends on the product, the amount required and any planned combination treatment. For buttock treatment, the cost of treating the larger area is calculated separately and discussed with you in advance.
Recovery time is often limited. Depending on the area and your skin response, light activities may be possible on the same day; follow your individual aftercare plan.
Redness, swelling, tenderness and bruising can occur at the injection sites. These reactions often settle within a few days, although visible marks may last longer.
Additional injections, skin treatments or energy-based procedures may be useful when appropriate. We assess each combination, plan the sequence and allow sufficient time between treatments.
