Radiesse contains calcium hydroxylapatite microparticles. For hyperdilution, the product is diluted further so that collagen stimulation can be used over a broader area. The main aim is to improve skin structure, rather than to add volume for contouring.

Radiesse dilution and distribution are selected according to skin thickness and the area being treated. After cleansing and disinfection, the planned regions are reviewed again. Local anaesthesia can be used if needed as part of your preparation for treatment.
Radiesse, diluted according to the treatment plan, is distributed over a broader area in suitable tissue planes. The technique is chosen according to the desired improvement in firmness and our assessment of the area.
After the product has been injected across the planned area, we check the treated skin and care for the injection sites. You receive appropriate skincare instructions. Later assessment focuses on changes in skin structure and firmness.
Before Radiesse Hyperdilution, we need information about previous injections, medical conditions, allergies and medications. Prescribed medicines should only be changed under medical guidance. Acute illness, skin infection or inflammation must first be assessed; the treatment can then be rescheduled as appropriate.
After hyperdilution, skincare depends on the treated area and its response. Leave the injection sites undisturbed and use gentle skincare and sun protection. Avoid exercise, heat exposure and products with potentially irritating active ingredients for the agreed period. Worsening or unusually severe symptoms should be medically assessed.
As collagen forms, the skin may become firmer and crepey lines may become less noticeable. We usually assess the overall appearance 6–12 weeks after the series is completed. This should not be interpreted as immediate tightening.

The appointment lasts 30–60 minutes. As collagen forms, the skin may become firmer and crepey lines may become less noticeable. We usually assess the overall appearance 6–12 weeks after the series is completed. This should not be interpreted as immediate tightening.
The stated pain level of 2–3 out of 10 is a guide only; individual sensitivity varies. Local anaesthesia is available on request. Downtime is usually 1–3 days. Follow your individual aftercare plan for exercise and other activities. Temporary redness, swelling, pinpoint bruising, tenderness and small bumps may occur.

Recovery time: 1–3 days
Redness, swelling, small bruises, tenderness and temporary bumps at the injection sites may occur. These reactions usually settle on their own. If symptoms persist or worsen, please have the area medically assessed.
Laser treatments, peels, botulinum toxin or fillers may be added to the treatment plan when appropriate for your skin. We set the sequence and intervals so the skin has enough time to heal before the next procedure.
